Scientific guarantee of origin
In our breeding, we do not ask for trust "on our word" - we provide you with evidence. As one of the few breeders, we subject each puppy to a rigorous DNA test to confirm its identity and origin.
Why is it so important?
It might seem that the breeder's declaration regarding the litter's parents is sufficient. However, years of experience in the kennel industry have taught me the principle of limited trust. I have seen too many inaccuracies and "mistakes" in the pedigrees of purebred dogs to rely solely on paper declarations.
I believe that every reliable cynological organization should impose DNA certification on all puppies - regardless of whether the dog goes to further breeding or becomes a beloved pet. This is the only way to eliminate the abuses and intrigues that still occur in the breeding world.
Partnership with the best: VHL Laboratory
We cooperate with a renowned Dutch laboratory Dr. van Haeringen Laboratorium B.V. (VHL). Every Australian Labradoodle registered with ALFA-Europe has its own unique identification number.
What does the verification process look like?
- Sample collection: We collect genetic material (saliva or blood) from each puppy.
- Laboratory analysis: VHL experts compare the puppy's genetic profile with those of its mother and father recorded in the database.
- Family tree verification: The laboratory is able to confirm the entire line of ancestors of a given breeding line.
- Pedigree issuance: Only after receiving scientific compliance of origin, the ALFA-Europe organization issues an official pedigree.
Zero tolerance for inaccuracies
There is no room for errors in the ALFA-Europe system. Failure to confirm origin in DNA tests means the breeder's immediate and irrevocable exclusion from the organization. Thanks to this, when you pick up your puppy from us, you have: 100% surethat the blood flowing in his veins is exactly what his pedigree indicates.
